On March 26th, 2010 the New Chitose Airport international terminal building will be renewal opened.
When you arrive at the New Chitose Airport after on March 26th 2010, the rental car counter should be changed, so please be noted.
1. when you arrive at the New Chitose Airport from the international flight, you should be 2nd Flore of the airport building. Please take your baggage and go through customs.
2&3. go through the exit gate and turn the right.
4. You will see the sign for the rent a car, so please follow the sign.
5. take an escalator to the 1st Flore.
6. Go down to 1st floor.
7. You will see the sign for the rent a car, so please follow the sign.
※The staff at the counter is not the staff from Toyota but are the staff from the airport and take care of all the transportation.
